In Situ Art Projects, a Grupo Odalys subsidiary, is an architectural studio focused on creating, executing, and advocating of unprecedented and global projects for transforming contemporary cities through art while giving the residing citizens an opportunity to experience new emotions. On the one hand, our goal is to create multisensory and sublime experiences by developing artwork integration projects for architectural and urban spaces, and, on the other, to recover the existent artistic and monumental icons through the development of restoration and maintenance projects.
Integration
We integrate artworks into urban and architectural spaces and conduct a detailed site requirements survey in order to offer the best-suited artwork for the place, creating new artistic icons.

We restore monumental and integrated artworks. Based on the artist’s original design idea and with constant communication with the artist, our goal is to restore the original condition of each artwork, bringing the cities’ artistic icons back to life.

We provide maintenance to monumental and integrated artworks. An adequate maintenance, in accordance with the characteristics of the piece ensures long-term preservation and slows down natural degradation.
Inventory
We perform a thorough general survey of all the public artistic monumental heritage of a municipality, city, or country, and strive to have them registered as Cultural Interest Goods.
Records
We generate a record for every artwork that has been integrated into an urban or architectural space; these will eventually make up a reference record center for the cities’ artistic-monumental heritage.
Advocacy
We strive to make our knowledge and experiences available in the realm of monumental art to uphold the name and contributions of artists for the generations to come. We add visibility to projects within art, architecture, interior design, general design, and tourism industries.
Appraisal
Based on an extensive art market knowledge, we are capable of performing an appraisal of monumental and integrated artworks in pieces without an established market value.
Guidance
All of our projects are developed within the legal framework and supported by financial and patrimonial guidance.
